Brief
I designed and developed an interactive workshop presentation titled “Stress Management" which helps employees understand workplace stress, recognize its signs and impacts, and apply practical strategies for immediate relief and long-term resilience. The goal was to equip employees with tools to manage stress proactively, reduce burnout risk, and sustain performance and engagement.
